It's finally here...a long overdue update. And I apologize beforehand, but its not complete. These are a few of my favorite pictures from April. After this posting, I will be only 2 months behind. Sigh. Here is Demí being the sweet, helpful big sister that she is and feeding her little sister.
This is what happens when mommy leaves the room for 2 minutes and Demí has a sheet full of stickers.
Oh well, as long as Scarlett doesn't mind.
Here is Demí on a playdate with her little pal, Madison. As you can see, tortillas are best served on the head.
Madison thought that was hilarious.
What a sweetie! Love that little cub mug!
Helping daddy put seed down. Maybe we can actually grow some grass this year after the drought last year killed it all. :(
Looking cool in her baseball cap from Mimi.
Here is Scarlett flopping around on our trampoline (which, incidentally, was one of our smartest investments).
Here is Zander reading a book to Demí and Madden. I love that she enjoys books so much!
Post-shower, Demí buggled down into Mommy and Daddy's bed.
Demí's friend, Madden, had a pirate themed party complete with a treasure hunt.
Scarlett with Annalyse.
Demí exclaimed, "its a gold doubloon!" She slept with these little gold coins clutched in her hand that night.
Hanging out with her best gal pal, Tatum.
I just love Demí's hair in the picture. What I didn't love was that she ate my entire bowl of edamame.
Since when did Mommy and Daddy's bed become the snack center?!?!?
Scarlett looked very perplexed as to why Demí would actually close up a snack container instead of eating every last crumb.
Little piggy! (Oh and the sticker was from Demí, not an ouchie!)
The weather has been so nice. We were able to go outside and enjoy some time with Mimi and Pampa.
Pampa caught a butterfly!
Scarlett getting a little cheeky.
Showing Rachelle her mad monkey bar skills.
Checking out the chickens at Madden's house. (Scarlett thinks all critters say "bow wow.")
My little beauties!
Boerne just opened a Farmer's Market right by our house and Demí and I went early one morning to check it out. Demí really enjoyed it!
She told the lady that worked there that the green ones were grapes, but when they got hot in the sun, they turned into red tomatoes.
The people that work there are really great and love educating the little ones. Both Tatum and Demí were very interested in all of the vegetables.
Clutching her green pepper and pointing to a melon.
