Easter 2012

We kicked off Easter this season by traveling to Seguin for the Annual Egg Hunt at my parents church.

Pastor Cross told the Easter story to all the children.  He asked for them to come close.  Demi took that very literally.

Demi's favorite egg treasure was this pink, rubbery lizard.

After the egg hunt, we went over to Mimi and Pampa's where the Easter Bunny left some surprises for the girls.

Demi was beyond thrilled to get some Curious George books. 

And the movie!  She told me later, "mom, this is a NEW movie."

She was really, really good at this.  Last year she kept grabbing the eggs out with her hands, but this year, she was really coordinated using a spoon.

Especially since she's still holding that lizard...

After some stickers, Demi's eggs turned out great!

Now its time to relax poolside with a popsicle.

Word to the wise, don't fall asleep anywhere near Demi when she has stickers nearby.

The Easter Bunny also visited Sassue and Papa D's house.
