Amberly comes to visit!

Amberly is one of my best friends from law school. The story how we became friends has been told a million times, but I will tell it again. Am came up to me in the law school breakroom and asked me, "You're pretty. Do you want to be my friend?" It was so funny - like we were in kindergarten or something! But to tell you the truth, Am and I are so close, I feel like I have known her since kindergarten.

Amberly is also a graduate from the University of Texas and was a Texas Spirit...just like me! She was my ultimate study buddy first year. We killed several trees making flash cards and lived off of Red Bull and Beef Jerky! I could not have passed first year property or con law without her. She is one smart cookie! Am practices oil and gas contracts now in Houston. Am was also my maid-of-honor at my wedding and I was in her wedding this past June.

This weekend, Am flew in from Houston. On Friday night, after Grady and I picked her up from the airport, we went to eat at the Scenic Loop Cafe. It was so good!
