On Saturday, Grady, Demi, and I drove to the lakehouse at Canyon Lake. Although Demi wanted to eat every two hours, she was a very good baby. She enjoyed watching us play cards. At one point we looked over and she was asleep sitting upright on Grady's lap. It was so funny! We thought she would make a good pit boss, but not if she's napping on the job! On the way home, we saw fireworks although Demi slept through them. I promised her we would take her next year.

It was beyond hot so I put her hoodie over her so she wouldn't get sunburned.
After walking around outside, Demi cooled off in front of the fan. Her hair was blowing in the breeze!
