Grady, Demí, and I went on a week long trip to Colorado with Grady's parents. Grady's brother, Kyle, and his girlfriend, Kacee, came several days later. Although I took over 300 pictures, here are my favorites. More will probably follow in a second post when Susan and Kacee send me their pictures.
Here we go! My first flight! Thanks to Tinkerbell on the DVD player and snacking on her body weight in animal crackers kept her content.
Where is that plane headed?
Sometimes sitting by the window can be bright because of the sun, but with the cub's cheeks, she blocks 80% of the suns rays. :)

On Monday, we went to the Rocky Mountain Zoo outside of Pagosa. We loved seeing Tuffy, the 2 year old brown bear. We watched him have some breakfast of bread and apples.

Later that day, this animal was spotted running wild in our cabin...
The horse says "neigh!" The cub has a wide variety of animal sounds now. Anything from an elephant to a turkey (which is my personal favorite). This was taken in a park in Durango. We took a day trip for lunch and shopping.

On Thursday, Demí spent the day with Sassue and Papa D while Kyle, Kacee, Grady, and I drove to Silverton and Ouray. This is taken at a biergarten in Ouray.
Kyle and Kacee at the top of Ouray - the most beautiful city in Colorado. Grady and I went to Ouray about 4 years ago in the late fall and I fell in love with it. It is beautiful with or without snow!
On our last day, we all drove to the summit of Wolf Creek to hike the Continental Divide Trail.
